Special Order Information

WHY are some items listed as Special Order?

- Some items are not available in large enough quantities to list as regular items in our inventory;

- Some items are requested by a limited number of fans, so they are specialty items that we order as a courtesy to our customers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Items listed as SPECIAL ORDER items are limited supply items that are subject to manufacturer availability. These items will be ordered only after you complete your purchase. Your credit card / PayPal account will be charged when you place your order.

SPECIAL ORDER items will be delivered in 6-8 weeks from the time of purchase.

REFUNDS:

If your SPECIAL ORDER item is not available, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price + any applicable pre-paid shipping.
You will also receive a 5% gift certificate for your next order at the JapanFiles Merchandise Store.

SHIPPING:

Any order that has mixed "in-stock" and "special-order" items will NOT ship separately.
You will receive your order in one shipment when the special-order items are ready to ship.
