How do I download my music?
You must be logged in to JapanFiles before you can view Purchased Music.
After login, on the main page a "downloads" link will be visible.
How many times can I download?
As long as the album purchased is still available for sale on JapanFiles, it can be downloaded unlimited times.
How are the artists sold on JapanFiles compensated?
In many cases we are directly contracted with the artist. If not the artist then the record label. The artist or label is paid direct from JapanFiles according to the terms set in their JapanFiles sales agreement.
Can I book artists on JapanFiles for an event?
Yes. We work directly with the artists and labels and are able to negotiate events.
JapanFiles has a long history of successful events some of which can be viewed on our EVENT SPOTLIGHTS page.
